About You:
We're looking for a foot mobile engineer covering our Manchester Deansgate site. You’ll be required to do planned and reactive work consisting of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general snagging. You should have a can-do attitude, organised and efficient with an eye for detail. A team player as well as a self-starter with the motivation to problem solve under pressure.
Main responsibilities:
- Be onsite outside of trading hours to carry out reactive maintenance across assigned sites.
- Diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site including the ability to source material required.
- Update jobs via the Asana portal ensuring reports are written thoroughly and good-quality pictures are taken
- Perform plumbing/plastering/painting/electrics and general maintenance tasks
- Prioritise the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts
- Identify areas for improvement
- Implement safety policies and procedures
- Maintain expense reports
