Do you want to work on maintenance projects for a well-known Cocktail bar chain in and around London? Are you a jack of all trades, experienced in reactive and planned repairs across various disciplines, and flexible in your attitude towards work? The roleA foot mobile engineer covering 15 bars across Central London. You’ll be required to do planned and reactive work consisting of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general snagging. Who you are:<ul><li>A jack of all trades with a can-do attitude</li><li>Organised and efficient with an eye for detail</li><li>A team player as well as a self-starter</li><li>Great problem solver and able to work under pressure</li><li>Flexible – whilst the hours are 8-4, due to the nature of the business you may need to work evenings and weekends from time to time</li><li>Trustworthy with good quality works</li><li>Strong time management skills</li></ul> Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:<ul><li>Travel between jobs in and around London to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across assigned sites</li><li>Visit properties to diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site including the ability to source material required</li><li>Prioritise business critical jobs and emergencies during working hours.</li><li>Update jobs via the Asana portal ensuring reports are written thoroughly and good-quality pictures are taken</li><li>Perform plumbing/plastering/painting/electrics and general maintenance tasks</li><li>Identify areas for improvement</li><li>Implement safety policies and procedures </li><li>Maintain expense reports</li></ul> Maintenance Worker Requirements:<ul><li>Full clean driving licence (not essential)</li><li>Experience in all tasks including, plumbing, painting, carpentry, execution of all repair work etc</li><li>Appropriate qualifications such as Manual Handling, CSCS, First Aid, IPAF etc</li><li>Experience using hardware tools, power tools and electrical equipment</li><li>Experience in the hospitality sector – restaurants, bars and venues catering to the general public (preferable)</li><li>Due to nature of the business evenings and weekend working is required</li><li>Saturdays - equal rotation between all engineers in place</li><li>Peak Time evening work - during month of November and December evening emergency cover is set up on equal rotation between all engineers</li></ul> What’s on offer?<ul><li>A generous pay rate depending on experience</li><li>You’ll receive access to the company zip-van, company card and more!</li><li>You’ll benefit from 32 days&#39; holiday</li><li>Travel allowance (Zone 1-3)</li><li>Annual staff parties</li><li>Free Gym Membership</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul> What’s next?We’ll be holding interviews ASAP, so you must be flexible in your ability to attend.
