About you: Garnishes are an important element in our drinks, it elevates the look of our product, making it look &#34;WOW!&#34;. As our Prep Kitchen Assistant, you will be play a vital role in &#39;putting the cherry on the top&#39; in every drink we make for our guests. Main responsibilities: <ul><li>Crafting dehydrated garnishes, premixes, and other items essential for our signature cocktails.</li><li>Managing fresh fruit stock, including ordering and inventory control.</li><li>Prepping and processing fruit according to specified recipes and standards.</li><li>Cooking, packing, and labelling garnishes into ready-to-send packets.</li><li>Conducting stocktaking activities and assisting with ordering supplies.</li><li>Ensuring daily compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.</li></ul> This is not an exhaustive list and other duties will fall within the remit as assigned by your line managers Applying is easy, simply click apply, fill in your details and upload your CV!
