About you:
As a Trainee Bartender, you will play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn't necessary, we will train you!
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes)
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses
- Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue
- Processing correct payments on the tills
- Demonstrate Simmons standards for quality and service
