About you:

As a Simmons Host, you will play a key role in assisting the management team in ensuring that all guests start off with the best experience from the moment they approach our venue.

Main responsibilities:

Providing all guests with a warm and professional welcome during the checking-in process.
Assisting with all guest enquiries.
Ensuring tables are properly clean and set up prior to their booking arrivals.
Managing and reporting any no shows to the management team and ensure we maximise sales where possible.
Complete all reasonable requests from line managers.
