  • Group Sales & Events manager & Senior Sales & Reservations Executive


Shift patterns:

  • Tuesday- Saturday 8 hour shift 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm (Office based 5 days a week)


Who we are looking for:


We're looking for a friendly and courteous Sales and Reservations Executive to join our Sales and Reservations Team in our Central London office. You would’ve had at least one years experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry and it's desirable that you've used Collins or any other similar systems. You’ll be representing the Simmons brand by handling bookings and general enquiries from guests across all 23 (and growing!) sites via telephone, email and social media, so it’s essential that you understand the brand’s values and offer exceptional customer service at all times.


Main responsibilities:

  • To check, respond and solve all guest enquiries related (and not limited) to table bookings, events, lost property, requests via Design My Night, telephone, voicemails, email and other social media platforms in a timely manner.
  • To complete all authentications and/or deposits for bookings
  • Updating the bookings calendar and effectively communicating any requests or last minute changes to venue teams.
  • To check end of night (EON) reports and action any changes to bookings such as refunds, logging lost property or any other notes made by the venue team.
  • To have good knowledge of our venues facilities and be consistently updated with the latest offerings to assist our guests and upsell at every opportunity.
  • To follow the work schedule provided and review upcoming events.
  • To support the smooth running of the department by providing regular updates and handovers to relevant team members.
  • To log all guest comments and feedback and escalate to the line manager when necessary.
  • To ensure privacy and confidentiality of customers is to be respected at all times.
  • To complete all reasonable requests given to you by your line manager.


This is not an exhaustive list and other duties will fall within the remit as assigned by a senior member of the team.
